Sonny is a very friendly Appaloosa/POA horse with great potential for the right person. He has smooth easy gaits, and is fun to ride. He has never bucked while I'm riding him.
He loads easy into the trailer, stands for the farrier, and ties.
Sonny Boy is the type of horse that needs a full time job. A horsy career, so to speak.
He would make an amazing cowhorse, endurance racer, hunter/jumper, cutting horse,
barrel racer, pole bender, reining horse...etc. Or you could use him to ride out and check your cows everyday!
The only reason we are selling him is because he does not get along well with other horses, and sometimes can be quite aggressive towards them.
His territorial stallion-like behavior could be attributed to the fact that he was crypt when we had him gelded as a yearling. Our vet thinks his stallion behavior is just a learned thing that can be trained out of him with time.
I do not have that time.
Our price is $300 or your best offer. I might be willing to trade for a horse under 12 years.
