Gooree was purchased through the Keeneland sale in Kentucky for $220,000 as a yearling by the Gooree Austrailian Racing Syndicate. He was a promising hopeful until a training injury took him off of the track and sent him to the stud shed.
His athleticism, intelligence and quality of movement set him apart from other stallions as a producer of both racing prospects and sporthorses. He is the stallion to consider if you have a draft, warmblood, paint or quarter mare.
His four year old crop is performing well as jumpers, eventers and racers. It is quite common for his get to surpass him in size and reach 17+ hands! Gooree baby owners comment that the youngsters are easy to train, intelligent, kind and willing.
