We are selling my wife's 5 year old mare. We have owned her since she was a yearling. She came from the Horton Ranch in Moulton, AL. We started her and put the first few weeks on her. She was then sent to be finished by Jason Wilds of wildshorsemanship.com . She has had over 9 months of professional riding on her. She has know all of Clinton Anderson's Fundamental exercises. Had has been started in performance training. She has really taken to working cows and has just recently been started on the flag.... (read more) The reason we are selling her is because my wife is ready to start showing in Reining now and we can only house 2 horses on our land at a time. She circles very nicely, starting really get a good deep stop, and can move all 5 body parts independently. We have just started working on her turns. She still needs a good bit of work on them. She is not going to make a professional reining horse I don't believe, yet she is a great handling horse. She has been trail riding a bunch, used at sortings, and ponied our little nieces around. If I had to choose any horse to go get on to do anything she is my go to. Hey sire has several roping points and is still being shown. Her dam won a good bit in sorting and team penning. You can ride her 2 handed in a snafle or one handed in a bridle it don't matter. Everywhere we go we get compliments on her. There is just so much about her to list on here that I don't have enough room. Anyone who is interested is more than welcome to come try her out. Don't know if she would be well suited for a true green rider. I don't believe she would ever do anything bad, she just has such a handle on her she might be to much for them. We taught her to bow and lay down just for fun. Super cool horse. Will try to add more videos in the upcoming weeks. I do think she would make a great ranch pleasure or stock horse!
