Tilly is a beautiful 11ish hand pony filly. No buck, bite or kick. Never been foundered. Ties, loads and is easy to catch. Not afraid of dogs and walks out at a good pace. She backs up with a little bit of a tug and neck reins. (once and a while you will have to plow rein to get her back on track). She is a very dark Palomino, Flaxen mane and tale with stockings and has a very dark kind eye and great mane and tail. Small head and ears.
Tilly is very thin, when I bought her she was very sick and though she is well now she has not regained all her weight back. She will regain nicely as long as you grain her daily, if you do not have hay or don't plan on graining her don't buy her. This in a pony I don't prefer to be thrown out with the cattle or other horses fending for themselves. She may do okay with this later after she gains weight but for now I want her cared for or I will keep her.
She will be a good pony for just about any level rider. She gets along very well with any other horse as well. If you are lead lining for a while and then teach them to ride she will be good with that or a child that wants to be put in a round pen and teach them how to ride by themselves.
I have a craigslist ad on her with lots more pictures: Tulsa listings, farm and garden section, search for "Tilly" or Kids Pony "Tilly".
