Luna is a sweet mare, broke to ride, that came to us less than a year ago. She was starve, scared, and pregnant. She gave birth last May, but her foal has been weaned and Luna is now back under saddle, and ready to find her forever home. Luna is very trusting once she knows you. She loves cookies, and is easy to catch. She would be a good horse for trail riding, and just to have fun with. She lead, loads, bathes, and ties. She is a little nervous with clippers, but will tolerate them. She was an excellent Mother and would be great with a herd of foals needing companionship. She would be a fun project to jump or use for dressage. She is best for an intermediate rider since she is still learning about people, but she is very kind. She is very light in the mouth, rides English and Western, and has no buck, bite, kick, or any behavior that makes us worry about her. Our fees have been waived, but there is a $100.00 care fee to ensure she is going to a home that can care for her.
