DOC IS NOW FOR SALE. WE DID NOT UTILIZE HIM LAST YEAR LIKE HE SHOULD BE. WE WOULD LIKE TO GIVE SOMEONE ELSE AN OPPORTUNITY TO OWN HIM AND HAVE THE QUALITY OF FOALS WE HAVE HAD FOR SEVERAL YEARS. ALL OF OUR FOALS THAT WE HAVE HAD BY HIM HAVE SOLD. GUARANTEED, IF YOU UTILIZE HIM LIKE HE SHOULD BE, HE WILL MAKE THE MONEY YOU SPEND ON HIM THE FIRST YEAR YOU BREED HIM. FOALS ARE QUIET, HAVE WONDERFUL DISPOSITIONS, HAVE NICE CONFORMATION, AND ARE JUST ALL AROUND GOOD HORSES. DOC WAS NEVER BROKE TO RIDE DUE TO AN INJURY HE SUSTAINED AS A YEARLING BEFORE WE ACQUIRED HIM. HE IS COMPLETELY SOUND AND DOES NOT LIMP WHAT SO EVER. HIS LEG WAS CAUGHT IN A HAY NET WHEN HE WAS YOUNGER. HE WOULD BE EASY TO TRAIN IF THE BUYER WANTED TO DO SO. HE IS EASY TO BREED (HAND OR PASTURE). VERY FRIENDLY, ALWAYS THE FIRST TO GREET YOU. PRICED TO SELL FOR BREEDING SEASON (IT'S JUST AROUND THE CORNER!), AT $1700. HE WILL STAND HERE UNTIL HE IS SOLD.
Doc is an incredibly easy horse to get along with. He is easy to breed, easy to catch and is wonderful with the foals in the field. All of our stallions spend their summers with the mares they breed. He is GUARANTEED to NOT produce a sorrel or chestnut baby. When bred to your sorrel mare he will produce a palomino foal 100% of the time. We have him bred to several different colored mares (black, bay, sorrel, chestnut, and paint mares) just to see the color combinations we can get. We have gotten palomino and buckskin.
