Additional Comments:
Vanessa, our 19 year old guest from Germany, spent lots of time with our 6 year old gelding giving him a solid start to his riding. Potentially 5 gaited. Pace not shown yet. Bloodlines: sire-Erril fra Sperdli (first prize stallion). He was trained by Otmar Fueth this spring and ridden by Vanessa for the summer. Taktur is available for sale to a rider with some experience who would like a boy who tries hard to please. Taktur is very responsive, and would like a rider who is light on the reins as Tak listens very well. He also enjoys being barefoot at the moment and gives a nice clear tolt without the aid of weights. He has encountered deer on the trails without spooking and is good with Farrier, vet and dentist. Taktur fra Arnasons farm has now finished his 3 months of professional Icelandic training. He is progressing well in all 4 gaits and is used to being ridden on the track, trails or road. Taktur is a lovely chestnut gelding. He has nice conformation and quite the personality.
