Additional Comments:
We bought Chick back 2007 when I has 8 and she has been one of the best horses to grow up on. Unfortunately though, a month after we bought her a pasture accident left her blind in her left eye. After she healed she was sent to 90 days of training to get her used to her blind eye. When she came back the results were amazing. You hardly can tell she's blind in the left because of how well she does with it. She is basically bomb-proof, she hardly ever spooks and when she does it's for a few seconds and a rare occasion. I have ridden her through populated cities several times, she's been through 2 parades, and has been ridden in most state parks around Minnesota. I have pushed this horse through every obstacle you can imagine and she is calm as ever on each challenge. Her walk leans more to the Tennessee Walker side and moves like a rocking horse. This leaves you ahead in group rides almost every time. Her gait is extremely smooth, and she hardly ever breaks it only doing so with an inexperienced rider. Her canter is AMAZING! One of the smoothest I have ever ridden. She would be best as a trail horse has she has had many long hours on trail but I have ridden her through a wide range of disciplines including Team Penning for 3 years which she picked up on awesomely even with her eye because of this she is very cow safe and handles them well. She jump extremely high for her height and breed. As soon as I realized she could jump I worked her over several different kinds. She does best over short jumps but has done 5 feet as her highest. She does all western games at a beginner level but could possibly do low level competitions. Like I said I have taken this horse through everything and she has been amazing to grow up on. She will forever hold a place in my heart, the only reason for selling is I want a high energy horse to do competitions with and she is just too slow and lazy. Contact me for pedigree. She Trailers, Leads, picks up all feet for farrier, and lunges all without hesitation. 2,000 or best offer!
