Sofea is a mare than anyone can ride in any discipline they choose. She has been shown Western pleasure and horsemanship, English Pleasure and Equitation, Saddleseat Pattern and Pleasure, Hunter over fences, Hunter Hack, Jumping, Showmanship, Halter, All Speed Events, etc... Sofea is a reliable mare that anyone can feel safe on. Safe for a beginner, but can do enough to keep the more advanced rider excited. Sofea has been being shown by a teenage girl, and recently has been packing around a 12 year old girl with no riding experience. She knows her lead changes (automatic), loves to run speed and knows all the patterns, and you can go from running speed to riding pleasure without a problem. Nice slow and collected for western pleasure and moves right out for english/saddleseat. She rides western and speed in a simple tomb thumb and english in a pelham.
Don't let her age fool you. Sofea is at least 1/2 Arabian and has many MANY more years of riding ahead of her. She is a finished, automatic speed AND pleasure horse. She clips, bathes, stands for the farrier without being held, and loads into any trailer on her own (not being led in) as she LOVES going to shows and on trail rides. She ties, pickets, and camps without any problems!
