Lena is a quarter horse type mule. She has those wide hips and chest. She is very laid back. I bought her from an older gentleman. At the time she hadn't been rode in over a year. I threw the saddle on her as soon as I got her home, got on her and she rode off without a hitch. She will cross ditches, climb banks, cross water and take care of you while she is doing it. You can saddle her up and leave the barn alone with no problems. She can also handle riding in the crowds and traffic.... (read more) She will walk as slow as u want her to, she has a nice smooth trot and a good slow canter. You don't have to fight her to hold her back. You can throw the reigns down and just enjoy riding. She is no problem to catch and gets along great with the other mules. NO KICK, NO BITE OR BUCK!
