Shasta was injured when being broke to ride, so will be a broodmare the rest of her life ~~ she is one of my best mares and because she is homozygous for the black gene will never produce a red foal ~~ we've had a bay tovero filly, black filly, bay tobiano colt, buckskin colt and a black tobiano filly from her ~~ she is currently being pasture bred to a palomino tobiano for 2009 foal ~~ I paid for her to be trailer broke into a small trailer I had and the "local idiot or I mean trainer" literally beat her so now she will NOT load in a small trailer and has trailer issues to get loaded, once loaded she is fine, because of this selling her for way less then what I paid for her or what she is worth ~~ her sire is HYPP N/N so no worry there ~~ has produced some of my best foals over the years
