is Montana. He is a 13 year old Bay Quarter Horse gelding. He is not registered. He has a tiny star and a snip along with white on his back legs. He is very good at English and does well with Western as well. He is probably a little better with English. He is not a speed horse, he does not go fast. Too lazy for that. He has been trail ridden and camped with. He did everything we asked of him and he never refused or spooked. We camped out and he was tied to a high line for a couple of nights and did great. He will ride front, middle and back. However, he does not like to be left behind if he is last horse, so he does get pretty antsy if he thinks he is getting left behind.
He has been in a parade and did great. He was leased for part of the summer to a 12 year old girl for 4-H. They did wonderful together.
He would make a good 4-H horse. He does require an intermediate to advanced rider though. I would not recommend him for a beginner. He tends to test his rider and if a person doesn't know how to make him do things, he will refuse and start backing up.
He is up to date with shots, worming, and farrier care. He does not chew, crib, weave or anything while in a stall. He bonds quickly with other horses and does much better when with another horse.
