Phayble was a good mom and would be happiest as a broodmare. She spent her first 8 years as a pasture horse with lots of ground work but minimal work under saddle. Phay would not be a good riding horse for any but an experienced and patient trainer, though she is very friendly and responsive on the ground. She was bred in 2009 and produce a lovely, intelligent, friendly foal. The breeding and birth were uneventful, and Phay proved herself to be a good mother.
Phayble is a powerful mover with a strong topline, good ground manners, and no history of lameness. She was foaled at Silver Wind Farm in Minnesota out of Prim's Bold Finale. She is an alert and curious mare, with an engaging personality, and deserves more out of life than being a pasture buddy. She is an easy keeper, having spent most of her four years with us being kept on pasture 24/7 with two other horses, and seems to thrive on it. She was nervous when she first arrived, but settled in nicely with calm, gentle treatment.
Both she and her dam are approved with the Oldenburg Verband in the Main Mare book and Phay was also a Premium foal. With her bloodlines, good looks, and great personality, Phay would be a great choice for a broodmare. Watch YouTube video
