Magnificent heads up shire colt or gelding...your choice!!! Jet black with no other markings, four matching whites, with a big white blaze.. At one year, Brave stands almost just shy of 15 hands. He will make an excellent riding Shire at 17.0 hands and approximately 1,600 pounds as an adult. He is very compact and stout. He is already showing defined muscle in his rear and shoulder at 14 months. As a stallion, Braves classic big boned, heavily muscled confirmation makes him incredibly desirable to anyone in the gypsy or draft world looking to add muscle and body size to their program.... (read more) He has a ton of hair. Very thick mane, tail, and white feathers to the ground. As a gelding he would be a fun standout, perfectly marked Shire with a thick neck and beautiful headset. His confirmation is exceptionally impressive. Brave has the temperament of a little puppy. He is extremely calm, smart, and quick to pick up on new concepts. He is very very quiet in the round pen and has been through 30 days of basic sensory training with me, including hand walking to a local park where he been exposed to cars, bicycles, dogs, quads and motorcycles, baseball and football crowds, and childrens playground activities. Based on Braves easy going nature he is advertised as a pure beginners mount with proper continued training. He is exceptionally easy to handle and gentle. Brave stands for farrier, clips, cross ties, and bathes. He would make an excellent law enforcement mount.
Travels nicely, very quiet and easy going
