Daisy is a 3month old filly and we are in the process of weaning and halter breaking her. She is from a 14h Palomino mare and sorrel stallion with bald face and four stockings over the knee.
We raise ponies for children and had the surprise of a beautiful buckskin this year. She is Very correct and has wonderful confirmation. She should grow to about 13h and be very wide. She is young to be weaned, but the mares are bred back and are used for carousel and trail riding so we wean them all together young so we can start handling them and get them used to everything, plus the OK heat would wear the moms down too much.
She has a very easy disposition and is calm and responsive, wide eye set all dark (no white) and small head, tipped in ears and wide chest and rear end. If she doesn't sell she will be the only one I keep for a future trail horse for my kids (or playday pony).
