Buck is a really pretty dun stallion with black points. He has lots of personality, and good conformation, he throws color and with that he throws his conformation also. He was rode as a 3 and 4 year old. He has no bad habits and easy to handle. He has been used to hand bred mares or he will do well with pasture breeding. He is sired by Two Eyed Red Buck and goes back to Doc Bar on the bottom and also Three Bars. We have kept to many of his offspring as mares so we are needing to go a different direction. Buck will make a nice addition to a group of mares. He is a gentleman, we pasture our 3 older stallion together for the winter, and he is one of the 3, they all respect the other and do just fine, I believe this says something for their personalities and disposition. Buck is also registered in the incentive fund with aqha. We have just recently separated Buck from the other stallions and we have saddled him and my husband has rode him. Buck didn't forget what he had learned, and with some work he would be a nice rope horse, it would be an experienced person that would want to ride him, though. He would not be a horse for an inexperienced person. He is a smart horse and did well under saddle. VERY nice looking Dun Stallion!!!
