SALE PENDING - A super trained, broke to death mare. She rides like a dream. Super light on the cues. Stops squatty, does a super roll back, would probably spin if we were better riders. Flys backwards on a light rein. Light, responsive mouth, very responsive to leg cues. You need to be an educated rider to bring out everything this mare knows. She is very gentle, but has energy, likes to go for a ride or work in the arena. She gets frustrated by a novice rider giving her conflicting cues. Walks out real well on the trail. Has a nice collected jog and lope. Not a speed demon. You could show her, with a little tune up by a good rider, she would make a good performance class horse, seems to be interested in cattle, a really nice trail horse, quiet and steady, not goosey at all on the trail. Does water, hills, brush, woods, traffic. Rides alone or with a group. Not barn sour. Can just climb on her after a long lay-off and ride her off like she was ridden yesterday. Real shapey mare, nice big body, wide set big blue eyes, small muzzle, big nostrils. Good about tying, saddling, loading, trailering, baths, trimming her feet, kids and dogs running around, being with other horses in a herd. Thrives on kindness and gentle attention.
