Isaac is a 3yrold Gelding that likes to trail ride, chase a calf dummy that is being roped and he loves attention. His most enjoyable activity is to be ridden at a slow walk during a trail ride. If you come to a creek he would like to splash at it with his front feet as he slowly meanders through the water. I have taught Isaac ground manners and other fundamentals needed to be a good riding horse. I also have trained him to not be afraid of loud noises such as the loud crack of a whip or a loud pow! from an air gun. Isaac has been trained to trailer load so well that you can sit in a lawn chair outside the horse trailer and point in the trailer and he loads right up. I have trained Isaac to have all 4 feet trimmed, I never have put shoes on him, since his feet are tough. When I ride Isaac I use 1 of 3 pieces of equipment: Tomb Thumb bit, Ring snaffle bit or a halter with reins. Isaac responds to pressure very well, the only reason I use a bit is to refine that response.
