*Gender? Mare.

*Height? About 46"

*Weight? Around 400lbs

(1- calm ; 10- hot)

*Injuries/diseases? Blind in right eye

No vision farther than 1 foot away, but it doesn't seem to be an issue at all. Blindness came from Lepto that she was exposed to when she was pastured with cattle. She isn't carrying the disease, it only affected her eye & is not contagious at all.

*Loads & unloads great

*Saddles calmly

*Rides bareback & with saddle

*Rides in halter & lead or simple snaffle bit

*Soft mouthed & very responsive

*Great with other horses, but can take care of herself if bullied

*Easy keeper in winter

*coggins was pulled on April 29, 2013 ad I am just waiting on my papers to come in.

Also have some tack I will throw in with her, including:

*Saddle pad

*Headstall, bit & reins

*Halter & lead rope

Hasn't been ridden under saddle since last summer. I got her in February 2013. Recently, I had a little girl I was giving lessons to (my reason for having her) and she rode bareback. We were just getting to the point I could let her ride solo when she decided she wanted to quit. I have no use for the pony and would like to see her go to a home where she will be ridden & used. She has been to rodeos and has been barrel raced on. I don't know what her times were or how she acted, but I am assuming she did okay being as how a child was riding her. Before I owned her I had seen her at a rodeo but she was just tied up & not being used for anything, but still seemed comfortable in the environment. I would recommend a child that knows how to ride. Not a beginners horse meaning I wouldnt put someone on her who knows nothing and let them loose. I think she would do well with a child that knows how to ride and has the time to really use her.
