This a very quiet, gentle, and laid back show gelding with a natural lope and jog. He can long trot too for the hunter under saddle classes. He has been started under saddle with 30 days of training so far and goes around well on the lungeline line without pulling. "Chip" will be well-suited for a youth or novice rider to show on a competitive open circuit or the regional APHA level. He is by the APHA stallion, Magic Ninety Nine and out of a Scotch Bar Time granddaughter. You can look up his sire and more "Magic" babies at frozen-assets.com. I have raised, broke out, and trained many of these "Magic" babies and I absolutely love them. They ALL have the disposition and the movement, what more could you ask for? Chip is 15.2 and a half hands in the withers and 15.3H+ in the hip. He will mature to a good, full 15.3H. His full brother is 16H and is owned and ridden by a 10 year old little girl, who just loves him! He received points in all-around events his first and only show out last fall as a three year old!
