Training Eventer, has Changes, Sweet and Uncomplicated

This horse is a can't miss. He has the best personality in the barn, very sweet and interested in people. Athletic, uphill build and good bone in his legs. Classic TB face, very expressive. He has been under saddle since May of 2012 and is currently schooling 3'6"+ courses. Jumps anything- skinnies, corners, offsets, you name it. Completely honest. He has auto lead changes when jumping and clean dressage changes when you sit down. He knows all his lateral work and has nice extensions. Very fast learner. Has gone XC schooling and is very bold over ditches, banks, water, etc. He completed his first Beginner Novice last summer after only 2 months training. Did one 3'6" jumper show this year (went clean and won) but hasn't shown much yet. Will be showing Training events this year if not sold. Very bombproof- has been fox hunting, swimming, and plays polo, never spooks. I know everyone always says this but this horse really is nice enough for a pro and easy enough for an amateur.
