Dandy was my first horse. Ive owned him a alittle over a year. I bought him for trail riding, but he would make an awesome barrel horse! Ive listed him on here before, but took him off because I didnt know if I was ready to sell him. Im for sure now ready to find Dandy a new home. I love this horse and hoping someone else will too. He's rode by a 16-year old now (me) on Missouri trails. I just got him out yesterday for the first time since Septemeber and he did great.... (read more) Dont let his age fool you, he as the speed and ability to go all day. He was on a 3 day trail ride, and went all 3 days with out a fuss, even let a friends dog join me in the saddle. I plan to keep riding him and working him on barrels until sold. Dandy loads trailers perfectly, but wont back out, he must turn around. He is the dominant horse in the pasture, but only when it comes to food. Dandy bathes and shoes with ease. Comes right up to you out of the pasture and wants to be loved. On trails he is a laid back horse, just puts his head down and walks on. He doesnt mind other horses being infront of him or on his rear. Crosses concrete and wooden bridges and creeks/rivers are nothing to him. He's rode in numerous parades and even let my friend ride double right behind the tractors, no problem. I have plenty of photos if you'd like to see more of Dandy, or come take a visit. If you have any questions just call/text/email me anytime. Thanks for looking!
