Additional Comments:
This guy is the greatest. I have ridden him 3 times to date. He has never tried to buck, kickout, rear - NOTHING! He comes right up to you in the pasture. When we work on fences we have to keep our tools close as he likes to play with them. I have all the paperwork to register him except one of the transfer documents that AQHA told me they would take care of if I sent it all in. Due to the fact of the cost, we chose not to register, and gelded him. All paperwork will go to new owner. I believe after a year of riding he will be ready for a young teen with experience. He allows us to do anything to him and is bottom of the pecking order. He has a couple of war wounds that may detract from his appearance as far as showing in halter (maybe not), but he has the heart to cover them up. I plan to keep if I cannot get what I want and finish him. His training will continue - time and weather permitting. I am currently working with another that requires more time. We have done tons of ground work and have not found anything he is scared of yet! This is a picture from last summer. Will update this summer.
