Praying Knees Preacher, aka "Preacher" is a solid 16 hand bay gelding off a ranch in Cornville, AZ. Preacher is your "been there, done that" type of horse - he worked on a ranch for years, roped, did parades, competed in gymkhanas and barrel racing, has done extensive trail riding, as well as given riding lessons. We currently use Preacher for trail riding, riding lessons, and gymkhanas. He is responsive to both legs cues and rein cues (he neck reins and direct reins). Stops well, rollbacks, side passes, etc. Ridden in a snaffle bit. Preacher has front shoes, had his teeth done two weeks ago, is up to date on everything. His riding students have been complete beginners to advanced riders, ages 15 to 57. He is willing, honest, and has a great work ethic. He is not registered, but has a brand from the Dancing Apache ranch in Cornville. Safe for the whole family, any level of rider, whether you want to trail ride or do gymkhanas. Trail rides alone or in groups no problem, no spook (exposed to just about everything!). Selling to make room for other incoming horses. Wouldn't mind leasing him instead as we sure do love this guy! $1750 OBO, may accept payments. Will also lease ($175/month) or do a lease-purchase, can haul to gymkhanas as well.
