Eclipse is a well-built, elegant gelding with three solid gaits. He is always willing to please, has a great mind, and is light on his aids. He is suitable for an advanced beginner working closely with a trainer or for an intermediate rider. He has been ridden all winter and is currently being worked 3-4 times a week. I have jumped him up to two feet. His transitions are smooth and he does lateral work well. He has gone to clinics and began showing this winter in Hunters and Dressage. He recently received a 64.483% on his first USEF First Level test. He settles in quickly at the show grounds and performs well. He enjoys the trails and will lead or follow. In addition, he can go out alone from home. He has great ground manners and will trailer, clip, bathe, etc. This is a horse who enjoys having a job to do. Price negotiable to the right home.
