"Nellie" is a 20yr old APHA mare that has been a Horsemanship mount for the University of Georgia Equestrian team for the past 6 years. She has a soft tissue injury to her LH stifle joint and will need several additional months of rest and rehab. She should return to usable soundness under saddle possibly enough to make a trail horse or a kids walk-trot mount. Please email ncollins@sports.uga.edu for more information.
