Meet Leo! Leo is a 4 year old registered TWH gelding with some AMAZING bloodlines. He has show experience and has the show personality! He has an amazing personality, striking good looks and willing disposition. He is every riders dream if they love to ride and show off a beautiful horse at the same time! He is confident and goes anywhere you ask him to go. He is Easy to catch and will follow you anywhere. He's just a big puppy dog. Desensitized to hikers, ATV's, traffic, bikes, ropes, tarps & dogs. Loads/Unloads/Reloads easily, trailers well, stands tied quietly, crossties, clips, bathes, stands for farrier/vet. He is in excellent condition. He is consistently the same horse every time out...content to ease along and enjoy the scenery if that is all you like to do...or he will gladly step up and move along swiftly and smoothly when asked. He is happy to ride off by himself or with a large crowd...front, middle or happily bringing up the rear. We have trail ridden him everywhere...thru water, in the woods, down the road-side, with dogs, other livestock, 4-wheelers, motorcycles, tractors, opened gaits and more and he does everything asked of him. He is confident and comfortable on the trails, in the woods - from rugged, rough back country to simple country roadsides - he is happy to go ANYWHERE you want to go. We have ridden him thru deep water, rushing creeks, up steep slopes AND back down again and he is always very surefooted!! He is another one of those ''been there done that'' horses. He has been trail ridden since he was 18 months old. he is energetic, well-mannered and FUN, FUN, FUN to ride - awesome, athletic, and absolutely gorgeous. He sets up high in the bridle and carries himself like a champion - very elegant and showy! He has an amazing gait and will stay in it all day long!! He will go where you point his nose covering the most rugged of terrain. I do recommend him for an experienced rider. He is broke broke, but has a lot of go to him when first starting off.. He does not neck rein and stands approx 15.3 hands. He is going to be a BIG boy. His only "bad vice" Is he can be stubborn sometimes putting a bridle on. nothing bad or time consuming he just wants to raise his tall head and short people like me have a problem reaching!
