"Molly" is an 11 year old, 14 h paint mare who excels at cross-country, foxhunting and hunter paces. She has been my daughter's first independent riding pony, and in one year has taken her from walk/trot to jumping 2' courses and cantering bareback alone in our fields. She "packed" my daughter through a series of first experiences, including jumping, a foxhunt, obstacle course, Pony Club Camp, Tetrathlon Rally and cross-country schooling. She trailers well, will stand tied for hours at competitions, is a dead-quiet ride for total beginners, traffic safe, and hacks well alone and in company. Small enough for a child, yet solid enough for adult riders. Due to a previous life as a lesson pony, she's not thrilled with extended ringwork, so would be best suited for someone who will vary her routine. Sound, easy keeper, can live in or out. Selling due to daughter ready to move up. $3500
