Amy is a cute little pony that I bought to use as a broodmare this past late summer but have realized that she is too little to breed to my stud so I'm selling her. She was broke by the Amish at one time in her life so she will ride & drive.
Amy has lots of go and will run a barrel pattern BUT she is NOT for a child that is timid or inexperienced if you intend on them riding her alone. If you are wanting a leadline pony she is nice and calm for that, and pony's along another horse just fine. Amy is a fast pony so if your child is looking to step up, here she is. Light in the mouth, can neck rein, and has a good whoa. With someone with time she can be calmed/slowed down but I do not so she is advertised at this low price.
Trail rides great! Will cross over, under, and through anything.
Amy has no buck in her at all. She hadn't been ridden since I got her in September of '12 and I just hoped on her and rode off on her bareback, I even got it on camera: Amy Paint Pony
