16.2 Thoroughbred Jumper/Eventer

Aly's Alpha Boy "Aly" is a 2001, 16.2 OTTB. Aly was purchased originally for a career in upper level eventing but after a few years or training, Aly is better suited for a career in the jumpers or lower level eventing. He frames up nicely for a Beginner Novice or Novice level dressage test, but his jumping does not limit him to only Novice. He is consistently schooling 2'6" - 3'3" and has potential to go higher in the stadium ring. On cross country he is a forward ride and has no problem with banks, ditches, water and skinny obstacles.

Aly is an extremely sweet boy with a great personality. He lunges, loads, clips, bathes, and is excellent for the farrier and vet. He does have experience at shows both 3-phase events and jumpers. He is currently competing in 3' Jumpers and plans to continue and progress. Aly would be a good match for an intermediate rider. Although Aly is a safe ride and has never been mean or aggressive, he can be a forward ride when jumping and his full potential would be reached with a rider that can continue to build Aly's confidence.
