Sunshine is a very gentle kid safe 8 year old 13.1 hand tall red dun mare. Kids from 10 yrs old and up have ridden him on hog hunts, worked cattle, been roped off of doctoring cattle. She has been on trail rides and crosses water, mud, up and down hills, she just nice little mare. She'd probably make a great play day horse as well. She has a gread handle, neck reins, backs up, stands still to get on and off. She hasn't been ridden since Oct of last yr? ?She also knows how to pull a buggy!!! the kids have lost interest in her so dad has decided to sell her. Here is a couple videos we took of her:SunshineHe brought her to us to help him sell her for him. And our rider just hoped on and started riding her. As you can see in the video she was a bit fresh at first, but quickly calmed down. Just by riding her around a few times she settle right down and did whatever we asked of her. Company / Facility: Rock'n A Ranch - We raise/train/buy/sell horses for a living. We start a horse first with ground work and decentize them to be calm, safe and not spooky. And continue on with ground work all the way to breaking them to ride to a finished horse with no buck, rear, or bolt. We have 50 acres that we use to ride and train: 4 horse walker, 120 ft circle arena/round pen, 100 x 150 riding arena, a mile oval tilled track, threw a large tank, woods with obstacles, etc. Things that you would experiance on a trail ride. As well as ride them along hwys, over bridges, around cattle, dogs, noises, tractors, etc. We also train/tune up other people's horses for them so that they will be safe to ride.
