"Sissy" is an absolutely stunning example of a top quality TWH mare. She is a gorgeous palomino foaled in 2007, making her currently 6 years old. This mare is one of the best bred palominos you will find anywhere - she is the ONLY palomino in existence sired by the renowned WGC Ted Williams (by WGC He's Puttin' on the Ritz) and out of a direct Pride's Dark Spirit mare. The pedigree doesn't stop there - Sissy's 2nd dam is by Spirit of Midnight, and her 3rd dam is by WGC Sun's Delight D. The palomino color traces back on her tail maternal line to Golden Lady, the oldest registered "yellow" horse in the TWHBEA registry, and Golden Lady's son Golden Sunshine, the only yellow TWHBEA foundation horse.
Sissy is a big mare, standing 15.1hh, and her conformation is flawless. She has a long, upright neck, small and pretty head, short back, big hip, and she flows together like a picture. She would be about impossible to beat in a model class. Her gait is also excellent; she is naturally 4-beats and exhibits a smooth as silk running walk that the breed is known for. She is that rare and sought-after combination of a horse that is quality enough to show and comfortable and natural enough to trail ride.
Sissy has been trail ridden, and has a good motor under saddle. This young mare is absolutely the total package for anyone looking for a show or trail mount they can also breed.
