2009 AQHA Dun Roan Mare Started on Barrels

Kings Lil Valentine, aka Josey, is a 2009 AQHA dun roan filly. Double bred Blue Valentine, Two Eyed Jack, Mito Paint, and Wimps King Buck. This mare has been exposed to a lot. She has been ridden up and down trails, over bridges and creeks, and even taken swimming in ponds. This filly will do whatever you ask her to do. Josey is super gentle, no kick or bite, and an event gentler ride. No buck or rear. She has tons of personality and will follow you anywhere. Comes running when she is called. She would make a great horse for anyone as long as they have some experience. Again, she is super gentle but she has a lot of go to her and would only be suitable for experienced riders. Josey was with two trainers from October to January. From October through November, she was in training with David Miller putting a reining type handle on her through November and started training on barrels in December. Both trainers raved about how good of a horse she is. She was loping the pattern and was coming along nicely but hasn't been through the pattern since February. This filly is broke, broke, broke. Super soft in the face and mouth, side passes, rollbacks, backs, and works off leg pressure. She has a long strided lope that feels like you are floating. She is UTD on vaccs and dewormed every 2 months. I can't say enough about this filly. I really hate to let her go but because of unfortunate circumstances, am forced to sell.
