Great things come in little packages! Tacoma stands just 13.2H. He is full- Arab(Haltonian breeding), dark bay, 6 years old. He's been trail ridden and competed in a 15 mile competitive ride as a 4 yr old. Started on ground driving. This guy is outstanding. Tacoma LOVES the trails, is very forward, likes to lead (but is fine anywhere in a group), keeps up with the big guys and isn't spooky. On the trail he is ON A MISSION...focused on the trail and will cross anything. Tacoma doesn't get hot and will even stop and watch the rest of the group leave on another trail. Excellent group manners, Tacoma is great on the trail and in the herd; not bossy but not too passive, either. He's barefoot and has always been sound. No health issues, no vices.....he's so much fun to ride and has such a loving personality....perfect for a small junior rider who has some confidence. Tacoma would excel at distance riding or would make a fun pony-clubber, dressage, trail-riding, etc. Brave, willing and athletic, he could go in just about any direction with his training. Regretfully, he's being offered for sale because he's just not getting ridden. $800 obo.

Fort Ridgely Equestrian Center - Our farm is located just north of Fort Ridgely State Park, in the scenic Minnesota River Valley. We offer full boarding and a beautiful location to trail ride. Our indoor arena is insulated and is a wonderful place to get out of inclement weather.
Our personal focus is on endurance riding. We love having the trails here to condition on. We also have shown in open shows in Western Pleasure, Hunt Seat, trail class, gaming, and we some experience in jumping and dressage. We welcome you to come and try the trails here!
