Diamond is very pretty and is friendly and easy to handle. She is about 8 yrs. old and is broke to ride. Her owner has a new job and no longer has time to ride her or care for her. She is one of two that are looking for a new home...see the ad for "Snookums". Will reduce price if these girls can be sold together.
UPDATE! I personally saddled Diamond and tried her out...here is my assessment of her training and attitude: She stood quietly for saddling, accepted the bit readily, and stood quiet while being mounted. She is gentle and calm...moved out on command and will whoa when asked....but she is only green broke to the bridle. She does not neck rein yet, and is just now learning to turn when asked (not because she is mean or stubborn, she just didn't understand what was being asked of her). She was probably trail ridden with other horses and just followed along. She is very athletic and moves nicely....will make a good mount for a small adult or experienced child rider. With a little training, she should also make a good beginner's horse.
