Stuart is well-started in Western Pleasure, but could easily go in any direction. He's been trail riding (does best with another horse as his experience here is limited), and competed in a trail trial and did decent. He's attended a gaming show (his first and only show) and handled the crowd with ease. He's never been ridden English, but could be very easily. He has been lunged over a few cross rails and did really well with it. He's got a great handle on the Clinton Anderson fundamentals and excels at Natural Horsemanship methods. He does need an intermediate rider, but will work great for someone who has the time to spend with him! Currently, Stuart bends and flexes well at the walk and jog, and collects well. We are working at slowing his lope down, but it's not bad. He is UTD on everything, and has great feet. Excellent for the vet and farrier, and has superb ground manners. This is a great opportunity for a 4H'er to get a horse and spend a few months with him, build a relationship with him, fine tune him, and be able to show this year!
