Avalon Meadows Equestrian Center - Avalon Meadows Equestrian Center is set on 25 acres of lush fields in Otisfield, Maine - less than a twenty minute drive from Norway, Oxford, Casco or Harrison. We are a full service boarding and training facility that has something to offer any rider or horse owner. Our goal is to provide a positive, friendly atmosphere where any rider and horse can blossom to their full potential, whether that be for pleasure or show. We offer lessons in Hunter/Jumpers, Dressage, English and Western Pleasure for beginner through advanced riders ages 4 and up. We focus on proper equitation, which is an essential base to make a sensitive yet effective rider. We also start young horses to saddle, resolve issues with problem horses, or finish off your show horse's training. Avalon Meadows has 10 spacious stalls with runs in the main barn and 9 stalls in the new indoor riding arena. We also have numerous large grassy paddocks with shelters as another boarding option depending on your horses needs. Our facilities include a huge outdoor arena, new lighted Cover-All indoor arena, round pen, cross country course and miles of trails. The arenas are fully equipped with jumps, poles, barrels and dressage letters to suit all disciplines.
