Kels & Kel consist of a mother daughter team, Kelly and Kelsey Webber. Together we raise Gypsy Horses, American Miniature Horses and French and English Bulldogs.
We are a small hobby farm and all our animals are our pets and part of the family. All our dogs live in the house with us and our horses, though we wish they could come in the house, have covered stalls and misters during the summer. Even though they are "just pets", we strive to produce breeding and show quality animals that live up to their breed standards.
