"Marie" is an easygoing, easy to handle, sweet mare who was a padded show horse for several years before being retired from the show ring and becoming a trail horse. She is easy to catch anywhere, and clips, bathes, loads, ties, and stands to have her feet handled. Under saddle she has a smooth walking gait and is a neat mover, and can also rack. She is not pacy, she is a smooth ride barefoot. She has a big motor, so is not for a beginner, but has no bad habits and is easy to control.
