He has been used for ranch chores and ridden by visiting dudes that had no horse experience. He has a very easy one hand neck rein, an easy stop that won't throw the rider forward, a rocking chair short lope, a long ground covering walk to him, and a solid handle. He will move off of leg cues and also responds to voice commands. He is surefooted as well and can travel through rocky steep country with no problems. He has been ridden by small children with no troubles. He does not test his rider and he rides the same whether you are a cowboy or a timid beginner. He has no bad habits and he will ride alone or in a group without any fuss. Gets along nicely with all other horses and animals on the farm. He is a joy to ride and a super horse to work around.
