All parts are painted with a powder. Paint is baked on to provide a very tough, long lasting finish.

Floor

Two-piece metal floor made of heavy gauge steel. The two floor pieces overlap making a solid floor then fasten with cap screws threaded in the side frames for easy assembly. Floor is covered with black carpet that snaps in for easy removal and cleaning. Carpet keeps you from slipping when getting in and out and also provides a show look quality.

Seat and Back

Seat bottom ¾ inch thick exterior plywood. 44 inches long by 12 inches wide with 2½ inches of soft foam, covered with a top quality soft automotive vinyl. Sewn with a quilted diamond pattern. Black in color. Back ¾ inch thick exterior plywood. 41 inches long x 5 inches wide covered the same as the seat.

Shafts

Aluminum alloy shafts are made of the same aluminum alloy that is being used by professional trainers in their carts and racing sulkies. Shafts have been specially designed and formed to better fit your pony. These shafts are 1 ½ inches in diameter with 1/8 inch thick wall, making them light weight and super strong.

Side Frames

Specially designed thick wall square tubing. All holes are tapped and threaded. Tubing is bent for maximum strength and comfort.

Suspension

Coil springs specially designed to give you a comfortable ride.

Amish Built Biothane Harness (Made in the USA): This harness is made of top quality biothane. With good looks and comfort of your pony in mind. Standard features of this harness. ALL HARDWARE IS STAINLESS STEEL, INCLUDING THE BIT. Bridle has a fancy chain link browband, bridle rosette's, an overcheck , full caveson noseband, and brown betathane reins with buckles and keepers at the bit ends and a small snap at the hand end. Breast collar is padded and shaped in the "V" style, which helps keep the breast collar off your pony's windpipe and allows greater freedom of movement through the shoulder. Attached traces, slot ends, and are heavy duty. Shoulder strap has stainless steel rein guide rings. Gig saddle has shaft loops and buckle at the girth. Breeching is lined. Hold back straps are included.
