Elsie's Monarch aka Elsie is a 11yo, 15.3h, chestnut, QH mare with a heart of pure gold. From local shows to lessons and trail rides this mare always puts her best foot forward. For the past year Elsie has been a great addition to our lesson program, but she wants a human of her very own! While never being outwardly nervous or stressed it is clear to us that Elsie is missing the one on one attention and TLC that only a single owner or leaser can give. She is sane, sound and a total sweet heart, with an in your pocket type personality. Elsie is broke english and western and goes in a french link snaffle. She is solid w/t/c/j has a great simple change and has basic lateral work. She's awesome on the trail, alone or in a group and goes through water without blinking an eye. Husband and child safe she is a great trail packer prospect or safe choice for a beginner learning the ropes. Elsie stands for the vet and farrier, crossties, stands for grooming, bathing etc. She loads well and doesn't get worked up away from home. Elsie is UPD on everything and is on a regular shoeing cycle. Elsie is for lease, sale or trade for a lesson type horse. She is located at Lucky Clover Stables in Sanford, Maine.
