Shaz is a fabulous gelding. I have ridden him successfully in endurance in both LD and endurance distance rides. He has a record and number with AERC. I just haven't had time to condition and compete him recently. I started playing around with dressage a couple of months ago and he's managed to show a fair bit of aptitude in that direction. He has fabulous lateral movements and is starting with some lengthening. He will be ready to show First level by spring. Shaz is an in-your-pocket type of horse and he absolutely adores people. He travels and camps well. He is good for the farrier and vet. Shaz can be a little reactive, although with consistent riding and a good relationship with his rider, he improves remarkably. He is fantastic on trail and will take on any obstacle without asking questions. I believe he would do best with a rider that is accustomed to the antics of an Arabian:) I just have too many horses and need to cut back before things get busy this spring.
