Dancer is a beautiful dark dappled grey Nokota (mustang horse originating from the Theodore Roosevelt National Park in ND) that is a great sport horse. She is very athletic and talented, and loves to be around people. She is not be suitable for a timid or beginner rider/handler, as she does occasionally test her rider. I got her in August of 2010 with the intentions of showing dressage with her, however my interest in showing has changed, but I feel she would excel in the show ring and would love to see her reach her full potential. Dancer has been schooled in dressage (training level/first level but has much more potential), she has jumped (I do not do a lot of jumping because of a bad back, but she easily clears 2'6''), and has been ridden on the trails (crossing bridges, through water, alone, groups, competed in a distance/endurance race). Dancer has a lot of confidence and does not spook easily, she is naturally balanced, and is very flashy. She has good ground manners and comes to the gait to be caught. She stands for vet/farrier/chiropractor (UTD), she is sound and healthy, and trailers well. I want to see her go to a home where she would get a lot of attention (she is a one person type of horse) as well as used in dressage/jumping/eventing. I am selling only because I feel she could have a lot of talent for the right person. Located in Cannon Falls/Red Wing, MN area.
