Ember is a beautiful chestnut mare that stands at 16.1 hands. She has incredibly unique markings for a Thoroughbred with a spotted blaze and sections of black fur along her body. She is 7 years old this year and retired after suffering a condylar fracture in her front right leg. Thankfully, many months of rehabilitation have paid off and Ember is now sound and ready to start a new riding career!
We have just begin riding Ember and so far she has been very patient and kind, and we are taking her retraining slowly. We expect she will be go on to any discipline that won't require a lot of jumping. Otherwise she should be able to do lots of things. Hunter, dressage, trails, pleasure, you name it! We hope you will give this mare a chance.
