Jon Tee King is an intelligent registered quarter horse. He is sorrel with socks on his back feet and a white right front pastern. King is really a great horse. He is broken to ride and does best in a twisted wire snaffle bit. I have trained him since first ride and he is smart and takes easily to training. He has been through the fundamentals of Clinton Anderson training. He will let you throw a lasso off of him, however he really likes another problem horse or kids pony tied off to him to lead around.... (read more) I use him to help me break problem horses who do not want to move under saddle. I have taken him to Land Between the Lakes a month ago and he never gave a problem. He walks slow when out on the trails and is a nice relaxing ride. Over half the ride i did not hold the reins he would just follow a few lengths behind the other horses. His feet are no problem he picks them up on cue (touching his legs near the shoulder or rump). King is wonderful and with a little more training he would be a perfect kids horse. The reason for selling is he is 14.1 hands and I am 6'5" and 250. In other words he is just too small for me. Come see him and you will not be sorry. It goes without saying but a good home is 1st priority. I have plenty of pictures I can send on request as well as scans of his papers.
