Velvet" is a Grulla Quarter Horse mare, about 8 years old. She is 14.1 hh with a foundation build. She is a great trail horse I take her out at least 3 days a week on the trails. She load with ease and stands great for the farrier. Velvet is a easy keeper and does well with other horses. She is a sweet horse with very smooth gaits. She would do well in many different disciplines or even as a good 4-H horse

Cummings Horse Training - I work at a friendly, clean, safe facility with an indoor arena with climate controlled viewing lounge, outdoor arena, cross country course, trails and round pen. You may choose stall board or rough board for your horse. English and western riding lessons for beginners to intermediate riders are available. We also have access to cattle for our cutting horse program. I work with all breeds of horses. I also work with horses that have problems of any kind. We also provide a tack shop that includes new and gently used clean tack and do tack repairs. So, all your needs can be met in one localized stop. If you travel some distance to visit your horse during training, you may even rent a room in the farm house. We are here to help you and your horse have a great relationship with safety as our number one concern.
