Phoebe is a super calm trail horse. She is not spooky at all and goes anywhere you point her. She is great with water, logs, traffic, dogs, cows, and tarps. She stands tied, is great for the farrier, bathes, clips, and loads right into a trailer.
Gaits smoothly on a loose rein.
She has very good ground manners, tacks up easily, and takes a bit wonderfully. She is ridden in a snaffle bit. She can be ridden English or western. She has been on many trail rides and is good with other horses. She is great when ridden alone or with a group. Can be pastured with mares or geldings.
She side passes to the mounting block and stands perfectly for you to get on. She is very responsive to the bit and is very good about stopping and standing. She also side passes and backs up very well under saddle.
She is up to date on all shots, has a negative coggins, had her teeth floated earlier this year. She has never foundered or had any illnesses. She doesn't have any bad habits.
Great with fly spray. Phoebe has been around other livestock such as pigs, chickens, cows, and sheep. She was used as a Sheriff's Mounted Patrol Horse for patrolling a county fair.
