MUCH A DANDEE, or "Blue" as we call her, is a 5 yr old Loud colored Tobiano mare.We call her "Blue" because she has crystal blue eyes. It is quite fetching.
We just got her last summer, and she was out with the breeders' broodmare band (accidentally). Well it was a happy accident, as you can see the lovely Tobiano filly she had this spring out of a solid Zippo Pine Bar bred stud.
Blue is double linebred to Smart Little Lena with some wonderful horses in her pedigree.
Top and bottom she goes back to YELLOW MOUNT, TWO ID JACK, SKIPPER W, SUNNY DEE BAR, DOC BAR, KING , LEO & WIMPY!
You just cant get better bloodlines than that!
This whole line of horses is bred for performance.
Every horse from this breeder has been exceptionally calm, quiet, and gentle, not to mention very intelligent.
They are so reliable, many get sold as kids horses, and mounts for the elderly and disabled.
Blues 4 yr old brother is now a Huston, TX police horse!
They are just that calm!
She has great conformation.
Blue has a long slender graceful neck, nicely sloped shoulders, nice back, strong hindquarters,and her legs are as straight as you could ever ask for, and she has great feet.
She has a lovely head, that comes with a gentle, calm brain! and just LOOK at that color!
She will stand tied quietly for hours, if need, be while I am working a string of horses, is good with her feet, easy to handle, easy to catch, good for shots/worming, stands great for the farrier, etc.
She has a smooth relaxed stride, and is going to be a VERY smooth ride. She has been around cattle, goats, dogs, chickens, 4 wheelers, tractors and assorted farm vehicles and gunfire and fireworks.
She just doesnt spook.
I started Blue last fall, and did all the ground work, but was only on her a couple of times due to work schedules, and loss of daylight hours.
This year besides her having a foal at her side, I have been too busy training/working other peoples horses to finish her, so she sells as STARTED, not broke.
This is an outstanding mare in every way!
Absolutely show quality, and a proven color producer with extraordinary bloodlines.
The ONLY reason she is offered for sale is we have lost our pasture due to the drought, and have already fed close to 6 tons of hay since July.
We are selling ALL but two horses.
She measured 14.2 this spring, is current on shots and worming and hoof trimming.
She is an easy keeper on pasture. Blue was an easy foaling mare, nursed well, good mother,stayed calm and relaxed when we handled her foal.

This mare will make you a HERO to your 4H'er .
