I have an 8 year old registered Tennessee walker gelding. Needs experienced rider. He is very tall, stands at 17 hands. UTD on coggins. He has been ridden down the road, on trails and has been to one playday. He actually did pretty good for a horse who has never been in a playday before and didnt know the patterns. He is fast and if he learned the patterns better could probably be a good playday horse. He has a very smooth gait and would also make a good trail horse.... (read more) He gets along well with other horses. He loads good and loves to be bathed. He prefers women, think a man must have abused him in his past, he just is a little nervous around men, But if a man walked up slowly and talked to him then he would be ok. He just needs to learn to trust men and get used to them. My husband rode him, So its not like a guy cant do anything with him, he needs you to spend a little time showing him your not there to hurt him first. He rides very well. He has never bucked or kicked. He gets along with all the other horses. I dont have a barn, (just pasture) to be able to feed him in and touch him everyday and give him the attention he needs. He is a good horse and will be even better if someone can show him some attention.
